Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable, and signed delivery service, as the responsibility and cost of return shipment remain with the customer.
*All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging, including boxes and dust bags. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.

Once your request has been received, you will be provided with detailed return instructions. Kindly ensure all items are returned unused, with original tags, dust bags, and packaging included. Returns that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pre-orders are typically fulfilled within
