All US orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.
Europe (EU)
All EU orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.
Rest of the World
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable local taxes and import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout and included in the total final price.
You can track your order using the details provided in your confirmation email, which includes your courier and tracking number. Simply visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number to view the latest status of your shipment.

Some of the products are available for pre-orders. By pre-ordering our bags, it allows you to reserve the products for yourself before our official launch in advance. Pre-orders typically take 2-3 months to be completed before shipping. Upon booking your pre-order on the website, we will send you a confirmation email. As soon as your pre-order arrives to us, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes all necessary information to track your parcel.
