Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all additional fees arising from the importing of this shipment. Noirgaze will not be responsible for these additional charges. Customs, duties, and taxes will vary depending on the country of destination. If in any doubt, please check with your local customs agency for handling enquiries and estimated costs.
You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your confirmation email which will include the courier information. You will be directed to the courier website, where if you enter the tracking number of your shipment you will see its status. Please wait a couple of hours from receipt of your confirmation email before using the tracking tool.
We hope that you will be pleased with our products. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your order and you wish to exchange your order or ask for a refund, you have the option to return the order within (14) calendar days of the delivery date.
Please contact a member of our team on customercare@noirgaze.com, after which we will send you another confirmation email upon receipt and further instructions on how to proceed. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all original Noirgaze tags, dust bag and packaging included. Returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed or if the item has been stained or damaged in any way. We would highly recommend that returns be done via a tracked and signed courier service, and the risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers.
We are happy to offer an exchange for products that come with any manufacturing defects. Please contact customercare@noirgaze.com for further details.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Noirgaze team. Once approved we will send a confirmation mail with regards to the status of the refund and proceed with the repayment. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you receive this confirmation email for us to credit back to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties as well as return delivery costs on returned items.
Some of the products are available for pre-orders. By pre-ordering our bags, it allows you to reserve the products for yourself before our official launch in advance. Pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to be completed before shipping. Upon booking your pre-order on the website, we will send you a confirmation email. As soon as your pre-order arrives to us, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes all necessary information to track your parcel.
You are able to cancel the pre-order at any point up until the time it is shipped by contacting our customer care team: customercare@noirgaze.com
